FitBit

It's March 25 and I've reached a point in my life where I'm EXTREMELY ready to be fit! No... correction... HOT!

I hate to admit that simply because it seems really vain, however, I don't think anyone in the world would be oppose to looking great. Would they? Maybe I'm wrong (or maybe I'm not! haha!)

So as I mentioned it is March 25, 2010 and I'm ready to reach my goal.

Here it is!

Goal:

Weight: 115 lbs Current: 130 lbs (give or take a few Godiva chocolates)
Abs: I'm not hoping to be RIPPED. I just want them showing for once in my life. Current: not even worth mentioning :P
Arms: Like Serena Williams (okay, maybe not THAT awesome but close) Current: It's getting there. Better than before
Legs: SLIM/TONE THOSE SUCKERS DOWN! Current: Not bad, strong that's for sure but big... and that needs to go away!

I have my FitBit ready to go. My cleanse diet ready to go.

and my first meal!

Breakfast: Strawberries, yogurt, water and maybe a few carrots (coffee for sure)
Snack: Apple/100 calorie bar
Lunch: Not super nutritious but low calorie frozen meal
Snack: TBE??? (To Be Eaten)
Dinner: Spinach, vinaigrette, Chicken

Add 5 billion gallons of water and end by sleeping early and getting at least 8 hours.

Gym activities will include:
-Elliptical 30-45 minutes 5 days a week
-Tons of strength training 4 days a week

Sports to consider:
-Yoga/Palates
-Fencing again
-Tennis
