The note that will be eventually written in my mom's birthday card.
Dear Mom,
When I was younger I recall you constantly making sure I was okay. Not just okay... but spectacular. You'd buy me whatever Ice Cream I wanted, you'd buy me the tiniest little toys (My Polly Pocket collection was enormous!) and you'd always take me to chuck-e-cheese just cause I had a school day off. You basically made sure that I had the world...you gave me everything I wanted but also taught me values that helped me grow into someone who would give the shirt off my back. and as I look back I constantly ask myself "how do you do the things you do???" but I suppose that's a mom secret I am yet to unlock. ;)
You gave me everything a child could ask for and as I grow older and move on in life I can't help but think how lucky I am to have had such a dynamic duo as you and dad... you guys clashed like fire and water but please know that you made 3 kids that will one day change little pieces of the world and will one day make life easier for the both of you.
Please understand that that's the battle I fight, and that's the battle that I will eventually teach Marcel and Noel how to fight.
Thank you... times the biggest number in the world, thank you.
